High efficiency direct-driven centrifugal fans  with brushless external rotor motor

  • Fans manufactured with galvanized steel, special painting or stainless steel execution possible
  • Housing with galvanized steel, assembled with cold welding TOX production tools or spot welding system depending on models
  • Forward curved impellers, tablock execution or unique long blade type, selected in accordance to the best compromise between duty and max efficiency, as requested by European directives
  • External rotor brushless motor with last generation integrated driver, without the dependence from extremely rare magnets avoiding difficulties in worldwide availability ( rare earth ), closed type IP44/55, equipped with software monitoring any overload condition, working in parallel with the common normally closed thermal protector
  • 0-100% speed regulation, with external signal 0-10Vdc o manual potentiometer ( accessory currently available )  
  • Soft-start setting allowing smooth operation
  • Max flow rate 5000 m3/h
  • Max static pressure 1000 Pa
